What should I take note upon starting my Leptin coffee journey?

1) Drink 1.5 -2 litres of water per day. Not all at one shot or drinking when thirsty. Instead spread the water intake to throughout the day to replenish the water loss as the result of increase in body metabolism. You need liquid to keep your body lubricate to avoid dehydration , heaty or constipation problems. If possible try to increase intake of veggies and fruits.

2) If unsure of medical condition/ sensitivity to this product or if under any medication, please consult your doctor before embarking any slimming program. Leptin slimming product is not suitable for anyone under the age of 18, those suffering from cardiac conditions, stroke, high blood pressure or diabetes. It is not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

3) Every body structure, level of toxins, fat percentage is different. Thus, individual result varies. Some may experience very rapid fat burning and shed off weight within days of taking leptin products and some may take a bit longer time depending of fat distribution across our body. Important thing is you must try to maintain a balanced diet, normal and good sleeping hours and keep your spirits up. If possible, do some light exercise to help achieve your goal faster.

4) Possible slight symptoms:-

Insomnia: This is because the fat in liquid form still stay inside our body, it will cause you feel uncomfortable. Drink more water, exercise and take some detox product will faster the elimination process of fat.

Dizziness, Anxiety, Lack of energy: As fat burning increase rapidly, some body may not ready to adapt/ drop in energy level. Take taking supplements or eat during your normal meal time to replenish back the energy, Can try taking 1/2 sachet during the first week and resume 1 sachet after body is more adaptable.

Some may experience to sweat more easily. This is normal as metabolism rate increases.

5) Those with gastrointestinal issue are not recommended to take the dried plums. Some may experience extreme increase in bowel movements due to weak stomach. Thus, itís better to consult your doctor before taking. The increase in bowel movement is part of the process of cleansing and detoxing. Only with toxins out of the body, one will start to have a healthy digestive system. In other words, when our digestive system is in excellent working conditions, it will be easier to drain out and prevent clogs making easier to slim down..

6) For women, please take note that before and after menstruation period, there will be chances of weight fluctuation around 2-3 kgs, because people have edema menstrual period.


Will I gain weight again after stop taking any leptin coffee?

After achieving the ideal weight of your body, do not stop taking leptin coffee instantly while reduce the amount of leptin slowly. Try to maintain healthy eating habit and expose to some light exercise. Try to avoid taking supper too often.
Why am I not losing anymore weight / as fast as when I just started?

Before we proceed further, you must honestly ask yourself, have you been eating a lot or indulge in unhealthy eating habits? Have you been slacking on the water intake part?
